Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich Supermärkte (Edeka, Penny), Spielplätze, Restaurants, Bäcker, Schulen, der beste Friseur und ein netter Irish Pub. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in der Innenstadt von Karlsruhe, mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell im Park und der Natur. Mehrere Tramlinien stehen zur Verfügung, 10 min zum Bahnhof.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Südweststadt, a pleasant mixed neighborhood.
Just around the corner are supermarkets (Edeka, Penny), playgrounds, restaurants, bakeries, schools, the best hairdresser and a nice Irish pub. You can reach the city center of Karlsruhe in a few minutes on foot or by bike, and you can also quickly reach the park and nature by bike. Several streetcar lines are available, 10 minutes to the train station.

Du erhältst einen sehr netten und entspannten Mitbewohner - Mathis, 38, Künstler und Lehrer, gelassen und freundlich, der gerne isst, lacht, Rad fährt, Kunst macht oder Baketball, Tischtennis spielt oder Skateboard fährt. Es wäre schön, die Wohnung gemeinsam sauber zu halten und sorgsam mit der teilmöblierten Wohnung und ausgestatteten Küche umzugehen. Das Haus ist eher ruhig mit Familien bewohnt, hier ist etwas Rücksicht und Ruhe gut. Umgekehrt kannst du dich auch auf eine ruhige und entspannte Umgebung einstellen. Tagsüber hast du die Wohnung meistens für dch alleine, da Mathis als Lehrer arbeitet, ideal zum konzentrierten Arbeiten im Arbeitszimmer.
Es gibt gutes WLAN und guten Kaffee.

You will get a very nice and relaxed roommate - Mathis, 38, artist and teacher, easy-going and friendly, who likes to eat, laugh, ride his bike, make art or play baketball, table tennis or skateboard. It would be nice to keep the apartment clean together and take care of the partly furnished apartment and equipped kitchen. The house is rather quiet with families living there, so a little consideration and peace and quiet is a good thing. Conversely, you can also expect a quiet and relaxed environment. During the day, you will mostly have the apartment to yourself, as Mathis works as a teacher, ideal for concentrated work in the study.
There is good WLAN and good coffee.

Ich bin für ein Auslandsstudium unterwegs und möchte meine Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine ruhige, verantwortungsvolle Person, die zB an einer Doktorarbeit sitzt oder online arbeitet.
Da ich viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt habe, wäre mir wichtig, dass du sorgsam mit dem Ort und Dingen umgehst.
