The next shopping option is the close purchase at Werderplatz, within walking distance in 3 minutes. Otherwise, there is the Edeka check-in and a Lidl, which is available in 3 minutes each. reached by bike. If you don't want to run that far, there's also a late guy right down in the house.

Our WG consists of Alexandra and Paul. We are both professional and in training and have quite different daily procedures, so we are often not at home at the same time. Nevertheless, we attach great importance to the fact that everyone can feel at home with us.

Cleanliness, mutual consideration and a positive attitude are very important to us. It would be nice if you helped with your commitment that our WG remains a cozy and harmonious home where everyone can feel comfortable.

To us personally:
• Alexandra is a violinist, teaches at the music school and she often plays several concerts. That's why her everyday life is quite packed, but she still likes to take time for the WG.

• Paul is a trainer for mechatronics in Baden-Baden and on weekends often as a pathfinder or traveling. He loves to discover the world and experience new things.

Ansonsten ist die WG voll ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Die einzige Ausnahme ist aktuell die Waschmaschine, die gerade den Geist aufgegeben hat. Wir haben daher vor, in der neuen WG-Zusammensetzung sobald wie möglich eine neue Waschmaschine gemeinsam anzuschaffen.

Wir haben kein extra Wohnzimmer, aber unsere Küche ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich.
Die WG verfügt über ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und WC sowie eine kleinere separate Toilette, die auch als Besenkammer benutzt wird.

Schreibt uns ein bisschen über euch; wer ihr seid, was ihr macht usw. Wir werden uns dann baldmöglich bei euch melden.

Wegen der Weihnachtsferien und dem Jahreswechsel werden wir das WG-Casting am Wochenende vom 09.01.2025 machen. Schreibt uns bitte trotzdem, auch wenn ihr da nicht könnt - gegebenenfalls können wir einen Online-Termin zum Kennenlernen organisieren.

Otherwise, the flat share is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The only exception at the moment is the washing machine, which just died. We are therefore planning to buy a new washing machine together in the new shared flat as soon as possible.

We don't have an extra living room, but our kitchen is very spacious and cozy.
The flat share has a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as a smaller separate toilet, which is also used as a broom closet.
