The apartment with 3 meters high ceilings and very bright rooms has been very elaborate and high quality renovated for several months and then equipped VOLL. The first reference was on 1.7.2020.
Among the renovations were:
- New radiators with also new gas thermo.
- Completely renovated bathroom with real glass shower cabin.
- A new, high-quality parquet flooring is laid throughout the apartment.
- All walls and ceilings received a very high-quality smooth plaster (tapet has everyone - a smooth plaster has seen the least...;-).
- Completely new electrics with LAN connections in each room.
- Ceiling spots in kitchen, bathroom and gang as well as a new intercom.
- High-quality built-in kitchen from Nolte with Siemens appliances and induction stove.
Furthermore, all items with which the apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped are also high quality (WMF, twin...) and new. Each room has been individually furnished with great attention to detail and nothing is bought at Ikea (even if Ikea is of course not bad..:-). Despite all this, we have taken care to have space for individual room design - for example by frames or wall shelves, which can be used individually.
We rent the room equipped with a 140-inch boxspring bed, a desk with a matching chair, a wardrobe, various decoration, all luminaires and a new 43-inch UHD Smart TV.
Of course we also provide the washing dryer in the bathroom (not yet in the photos), the bathroom equipment, the furnishing of the hallway, the storage chamber to the vacuum cleaner of Miele.
The room is very bright in the direction of the south; However, it can also be completely darkened with an electric and also new roller shutters.
From another room, the balcony is accessible towards the courtyard, which can be used by the entire WG.
The apartment is located in the heart of Karlsruhe in the Stephanienstraße am Kaiserplatz, just a few meters from Kaiserstraße. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet.
The tram and S-Bahn stops Europaplatz and Mühlburger Tor are within walking distance and within two minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shopping, services, gastronomy and everything else in a city :-)
A vehicle of the WG in the backyard may be parked. Alternatively, you can get a resident parking card at the city as a resident for 180 euros a year and park right in front of the property. There are enough parking spaces available at any time.
The WG was a new start in July 2020.
Since May 2021 Achref lives in the WG. He comes from Tunisia, is 29 and eSoftware Consultant at Momentus Technologies in Karlsruhe.
And since January 2024 Alessandro lives in the WG. He comes from Italy, is 26 years old and makes a PhD in physics at KIT.
The two are extremely nice and uncomplicated :-)
In any case, we will ensure that the WG residents fit well with each other and are therefore not included as landlords during the (online) visit, so that you can get to know yourself in peace.
The total rent of 540 Euro includes the general additional costs, which are also included in warm rentals of unfurnished apartments (water, insurance, staircase cleaning...).
In addition, the total rental includes the Internet connection (150 Mbit/s), the GEZ fees, cable TV fees, electricity, heating, fitted kitchen incl. Austattung und die Möblierung - so really ALL.
