Location: The apartment is super central - only 10 minutes walk from the main station. The Ebertstraße and Barbarossaplatz stops can be reached in 3-5 minutes on foot.

A large, comfortable living room with a balcony invites you to relax - perfect for shared evenings. The living room and the balcony have been deliberately furnished in a pragmatic way and we will be happy to bring this up again.

- Tools: There is a basement and a bicycle stand in the courtyard.

Shopping: Aldi is reachable in 7 minutes, close shopping in 4 minutes, and a baker is located right around the corner.

- Parking: In the area there are free parking - a residence card is not required.

I am Ben, North Light (born in Lübeck), open and happy for life.

After various stations (including 2.5 years abroad) it has now taken me to Karlsruhe, where I have been working in health care for 5 years - mostly in the home office, occasionally on a service trip.

As a balance to the job, I like to be active and on the road: go to the Gym / Crossfit / Jumping, visit my Church (Free Church) or enjoy good talks with a beer or a cask with friends. I am also interested in foreign languages (Spanish / French), city trips, investment, sauna, occasional hiking and the discovery of new café and bar spots.

In a WG, I appreciate a harmonious relationship. Everyone should be able to withdraw and have time for themselves and at the same time it is great when common activities come up (spontaneously as planned) - bar / café, film evening, walk, etc. I have left the wild WG party crash times with good memories and I am happy if the WG is a rather quiet place that is most welcome to guests.

I care about trust, honesty, mutual consideration, cleanliness / order and above all good communication.

Ich bin Ben, Nordlicht (gebürtig aus Lübeck), offen und lebensfroh.

Nach diversen Stationen (inklusive 2,5 Jahren im Ausland) hat es mich nun nach Karlsruhe verschlagen, wo ich seit 5 Jahren im Gesundheitswesen arbeite - größtenteils im Homeoffice, gelegentlich auf Dienstreise.

Als Ausgleich zum Job bin ich gern aktiv und unterwegs: gehe ins Gym/Crossfit/Jumping, besuche meine Church (Freikirche) oder genieße gute Gespräche bei einem Bier oder Käffchen mit Freunden. Außerdem interessiere ich mich für Fremdsprachen (Spanisch/Französisch), Städtetrips, Investieren, Sauna, gelegentliches Wandern und das Entdecken neuer Café- und Bar-Spots.

In einer WG schätze ich ein harmonisches Miteinander. Jeder sollte sich zurückziehen können und Zeit für sich haben und gleichzeitig es ist klasse, wenn sich gemeinsame Aktivitäten (spontan wie geplant) ergeben - Bar/Café, Filmabend, Spazieren gehen o.ä. Die wilden WG-Party-Absturz-Zeiten habe ich mit guten Erinnerungen hinter mir gelassen und freue mich, wenn die WG ein eher ruhiger Ort ist, der punktuell Gäste herzlichst empfängt.

Wichtig sind mir Vertrauen, Ehrlichkeit, gegenseitige Rücksicht, Sauberkeit/Ordnung und allen voran eine gute Kommunikation.
