Das Zimmer liegt nach Norden und bietet einen schönen Blick in den ruhigen Philosophenweg. Wegen der großen Fenster mangelt es dir dennoch nicht an Licht.

The room is oriented in northern direction and offers a nice view in the quiet Philosophenweg and the Weinberg terrace. Due to two huge windows, your won't miss sunlight.
Die WG liegt im Philosophenweg unweit vom Auepark entfernt, wo man wunderschöne Spaziergänge unternehmen kann. Auch die Kunsthochschule ist nah dran und durch den Auepark gelangt man mit dem Fahrrad leicht zur Nordstadt, in die Kassler Mitte oder zur Fulda. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle ‚Am Weinberg‘ entfernt. Auch Supermärkte befinden sich in Reichweite (500m zu Netto, 800m zu Tegut).
Der Philosophenweg ist sehr belebt und auch zu den Nachbar:innen haben wir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis, besonders zu der WG direkt unter uns.

The flat-sharing community is located in Philosophenweg, not far from the Auepark, where you can take beautiful walks. The art school is also close by and through the Auepark you can easily get to the Nordstadt, Kassler Mitte or the Fulda by bike. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop 'Am Weinberg'. Supermarkets are also within reach (500m to Netto, 800m to Tegut).
The Philosophenweg is a very vivid neighbourhood and we cultivate a friendly relationship with the neighbors, especially with the people living on 1st floor - so meals with a full kitchen incoming ;)
Deine Mitbewohner:innen werden Lahoussine, Deirdre und Flo sein.
Wir legen Wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenwohnen und den respektvollen Umgang miteinander :)
Lahoussine ist seit April bei uns in der WG und studiert Politikwissenschaften im Master. Er kocht leidenschaftlich Linsen- und Eierspeisen, spielt Fußball bei Dynamo Windrad und beobachtet den Sonnenuntergang auf der Grimmwelt.
Deirdre liebt es, gemeinsam zu kochen, nur mit dem Backen kann sie sich noch nicht anfreunden, verbringt gerne ihre Zeit damit, ihr Zimmer tausendmal umzustellen und ist gerne in der Natur.
Flo arbeitet in einem Nachhaltigkeitsprojekt der Uni und nebenbei als persönlicher Assistent. Er mag Musik (insbesondere Vinyl, DJing und Produktion), ausgedehntes Wochenend-Frühstück, und Kaffee auf dem Sofa.
Wir sind interessiert an Kunst, Kultur, Politik und offen für deine Themen. Außerdem beziehen wir unser Gemüse zwei-wöchentlich von der SoLaWi (Gärtnerei Fuldaaue). Der Preis dafür ist schon in der Warmmiete enthalten.

Your future room mates are Lahoussine, Deirdre and Flo. We value each others company and treating each other with respect.
Lahoussine lives with us since April and is studying for a masters degree in "Politikwissenschaften". He loves cooking with lentils and eggs, plays football with Dynamo Windrad and watches the sunset at the Grimmwelt.
Deirdre loves to cook together, she just can't get used to baking yet, likes to spend her time rearranging her room a thousand times and enjoys being in nature.
Flo works in a sustainability project at the University of Kassel and as a social assistant. He likes music (especially vinyl, djing and production), long breakfasts on weekends and enjoying coffee on the couch.
We are interested in arts, culture, politics and in whatever you bring to the table. Btw: We share a portion of vegetables from the SoLaWi (Gärtnerei Fuldaaue) every two weeks. The price is already included in the rent.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell leider leer. Für die Zwischenmiete organisieren wir für dich aber gerne eine Matratze, Tisch, Stuhl und sonstige Kleinigkeiten. Wenn es für dich kein Problem darstellt, für die Zeit etwas pragmatischer zu wohnen, bist du herzlich willkommen :)
Zusätzlich zur gemeinsamen Küche haben wir ein Wohnzimmer, das wir gemeinschaftlich nutzen (siehe Fotos).
In der Miete sind GEZ, SoLaWi und Internet bereits mit einberechnet. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Falls du nicht vor Ort bist, organisieren wir gerne auch Online-Termine.

The room is currently empty. However, we will be happy to organize a mattress, table, chair and other small items for you for the interim rent. If it is not a problem for you to live a little more pragmatically for your time with us, you are very welcome :)
In addition to the common kitchen, we have a living room, which we use jointly (see photos).
The rent includes internet, SoLaWi vegetables and GEZ. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
If meeting in person is not possible for you, we could also make an online appointment.
