Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Blick auf einige Bäume. Im Zimmer steht ein Schrank, der benutzt werden kann. Vielleicht auch ein Sofa!
Die Wohnung liegt 4 Minuten von der nächsten Tramhaltestelle entfernt. Die Uni ist zu Fuß in knappen 10 min zu erreichen. Mit Lidl und Kaufland in nächster Nähe hat man es auch nicht weit zum Einkaufen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man auch zwei Tankstellen und die berühmte Weserspäti! Außerdem befindet sich ein Pizza Laden in der Nähe :)

In unserer gemütlichen 2er-WG erwartet dich eine freundliche und entspannte Wohnatmosphäre mit Mustafa als deinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner. Mustafa hat Soziale Arbeit studiert und arbeitet bereits in diesem Bereich. Er engagiert sich sowohl sozial als auch politisch. Trotz seines vollen Kalenders nimmt er sich gerne die Zeit für kleine Gespräche in der Küche, gemeinsames Kochen oder hin und wieder ein Bierchen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, und im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Our cozy 2-person flat share offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with Mustafa as your future flatmate. Mustafa studied Social Work and is already working in this field. He is socially and politically active. Despite his busy schedule, he enjoys small chats in the kitchen, cooking together, or occasionally sharing a beer. The flat operates on a "friendly but respectful" basis—there’s space for interaction, but personal boundaries are valued.
The apartment is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the basement. Everything is designed for your comfort to make you feel at home.
The room can also be easily registered at the Bürgerbüro (citizen's office)
