Ein helles 18 qm Zimmer mit Südaussrichtung im 1. Stock.
Es handelt sich um eine typische Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und schönem Holzboden, mit Küche +Balkon und einem Bad.

Das Haus liegt in der Unterneustadt, nähe Obi.
Zur Tram Haltestelle "Unterneustädter Kirchplatz" sind es zu Fuß 7 min. Die Bushaltestelle "Schützenstraße" liegt etwa 5 min entfernt.
Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Kaufland welche auch etwa 5-10 min zu Fuß entfernt sind.
Zum HoPla sind es auch nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß
Zur Innentadt braucht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 10 Minuten.

Du wirst mit Linda (20) zusammen wohnen, welche im 5. Semester Psychologie studiert. Sie liest gerne und geht am Wochenende auch öfter mal feiern.
Malte ist 27 und arbeitet Vollzeit, ist jedoch auch oft im Homeoffice. Ansonsten spielt er in seiner Freizeit gerne Videospiele.

Wir suchen eine: n Nachmieter: in, mit der/dem man ein entspanntes WG Leben führen kann. :)
Da die Überzahl der Bewohner des Hauses Studenten sind, gibt es eine gute Connection untereinander.
Es gibt auch einen Partyraum im Keller, welcher gerne für Feierlichkeiten genutzt werden kann.
