Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß, schön hell und bietet genug Platz für all deine Möbel (wird unmöbiliert übergeben). Durch das große Fenster genießt du viel Tageslicht und eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Die WG:
Unsere 2er-WG hat insgesamt 52 qm und ist ideal für alle, die es gerne gemütlich und entspannt mögen. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung da. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, sodass jeder genug Privatsphäre hat, aber auch Platz für gemeinsame Abende besteht.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Westendstraße mit perfekter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Bushaltestelle Lindauerstr./Westendstr. ist 1min Fußweg entfernt. An der ZUM seid ihr in 5mins.
Dementsprechend auch eine perfekte Anbindung an die vielen Geschäfte und Cafés der Kemptner Innenstadt.
Es wird jemand gesucht, der freundlich und ordentlich ist und gerne in einer harmonischen WG lebt. Ob du berufstätig oder Student*in bist, ist egal, Hauptsache, die Chemie stimmt!
