An dem Zimmer hervorzuheben ist der direkte Zugang zum Balkon. Dort kann man sich im Sommer gut entspannen. Ansonsten hellen die vielen Fenster das Zimmer schön auf. Dank der praktischen Raumaufteilung lassen sich Schlafbereich und Arbeitsplatz gut integrieren.
Zur Hochschule knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Rad je nach Ampelschaltung so 5 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze findet man in der Straße immer. In die Stadt läuft man zwischen 10 bis 15 Minuten, je nach Weg. In direkter Nähe ist der Engelhalden Landschaftspark.
Die WG ist sehr entspannt, wobei sich die WG zum Februar ein wenig reduziert. Mit mir, zieht noch jemand aus, somit ist es fast eine "neue" WG.
