Ruhige 3-er WG sucht einen netten, humorvollen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und außer einer 140 cm. Matratze brauchst du nix mitbringen. 390 Euro plus 60 Euro für Heizung, Strom , Wasser , Abfall, Internet usw. würde das Zimmer kosten . Freuen uns auf eine Nachricht von dir . :)
Stadtzentrum, ruhige Einbahnstraße
5 Minuten von der Zum entfernt und 10 Minuten von der FH (zu Fuß). Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar!
Beste Stadtmitten-Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig !
Wir sind eine gemischte WG , die berufstätig ist. Gerne treffen wir uns auf einen gemeinsamen Abend und kochen oder trinken was gemeinsam - wenn du Lust auf ein harmonisches WG Leben hast, dann melde dich gerne ☺️. Große Partys finden allerdings nicht bei uns statt.
Das Zimmer möchten wir ausschließlich an Studenten bzw. Azubis/ Berufstätige in unserem Alter vermieten.Der Mietpreis ist ein Fixpreis. Es kommen keinerlei Kosten dazu.
Ein Kellerabteil für Fahrräder, Ski oder sonstige Sachen ist vorhanden.
Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden- es gibt allerdings mehrere Waschsalons in Kempten !
