ich suche ab dem 01.04 einen oder eine neue Mitbewohner:in für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung neben dem Metrokino. Dir würde das Zimmer mit dem Balkon gehören.
Ich bin Hanna, 34 Jahre alt und Landschaftsarchitektin. Tagsüber bin ich in einem Büro in der Nähe und am Wochenende oft im Kleingarten :). Falls du eigene Möbel unterbringen möchtest, gibt es noch genug Platz, falls nicht ist aber auch grundlegend alles da und du bräuchtest nur die Möbel für dein Zimmer.
Du hättest ein eigenes Kellerabteil und der Garten im Innenhof inkl. Fahrradunterstand kann mit genutzt werden.
