Wir, ein Rentner-Ehepaar, vermieten ein leer stehendes Zimmer im 1. OG. Wir selbst bewohnen das Haus im EG. Das Haus verfügt über einen Vorder- und Hintereingang. Der vordere Eingang wird von den Mietern genutzt, der hintere ausschließlich von uns.
Die WG erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Es gibt eine Küche, zwei Badezimmer (2 Personen teilen 1 Badezimmer) und eine Dachterasse. Das Zimmer wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer wird möbliert (inkl. Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Hängeschränke, Nachtschränke, Lampe, Kleiderschrank) vermietet. Sie brauchen lediglich Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände mitzubringen.
THE ROOMS
We, a retired couple, rent our vacant room on the 2nd floor. We ourselves live in the house on the ground floor. The house has a front and back entrance. The front entrance is used by the tenants, the back entrance is used exclusively by us.
The shared apartment extends over two floors. There is a kitchen, two bathrooms (2 people share 1 bathroom) and a roof terrace. The room has recently been completely renovated and is in very good condition. The room is rented furnished (incl. bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, wall cupboards, bedside cupboards, lamp, wardrobe). All you need to bring is your personal belongings.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Plöner Str. in Kiel-Ellerbek und ist sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Fußläufig erreichen Sie innerhalb von 2 Min. die Bushaltestelle "Hollmannstraße". Von dort können Sie die Buslinien 22, 71, 101 und 102 Richtung Zentrum nehmen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadt.
7 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle "Franziusallee". Von dort fährt die Buslinie 11 Richtung Fachhochschule, die Sie von Tür zur Tür in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichen.
Im nahen Umkreis gibt es Supermärkte und Bäckereien, wo Sie alles für den täglichen Gebrauch besorgen können.
THE LOCATION
The house is located in Plöner Str. In Kiel-Ellerbek and is very well connected to public transport. You can walk to the bus stop "Hollmannstraße" within 2 minutes. From there you can take bus lines 22, 71, 101 and 102 towards city center. You can be in town within 15 minutes by bike.
Furthermore, you can reach the bus stop "Franziusallee" within a 7-minutes walk from the house. From there, you can take bus line 11 which brings you to the University of Applied Sciences. You can reach the FH from door to door in less than 20 minutes.
Near the house there are supermarkets and bakeries where you can buy everything needed for your everyday life.

The vacant rooms are offered to university students and young professionals who are looking for a quiet, considerate and clean living community. A total of 4 people live on 2 floors.
