Ab 01.04.2024 wäre in der 70 m² Dachgeschosswohnung (2. Stock) ein schönes 14,5 m² Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbliert vermietet. (Schrank, Schminktisch und Bett könnten für 450€ abgelöst werden)
Die Wohnung an sich hat zwei Zimmer, eine Abstellkammer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Essbeich. Sie ist möbliert, heißt Einbauküche, Sitzgelegenheit, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den Nachbarsorten Kirchdorf und Allershausen (ca. 1-2 km.) vorhanden (Netto, Edeka, DM, Tedi, Rossmann etc.).
Der Besitz eines Autos wäre empfehlenswert, da der Bus unregelmäßig fährt.
Egal ob Studentin/Azubine/Angestellte, solange man ein festes Einkommen hat und man miteinander harmoniert passt es für mich.
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin Anna, 24 Jahre alt und ziehe allerdings voraussichtlich zum 01.07.24 aus, du könntest dann aber weiterhin in der Wohnung bleiben (entweder alleine oder du suchst dir eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner:)
Da zwei Kätzchen (Nala und Sky) bei mir wohnen, wäre es natürlich von Vorteil wenn du tierlieb bist und nichts gegen Katzen hast:)
