Ich biete ab sofort mein Zimmer in unserer 4er WG in Heimstetten (Münchener Osten) für 450€ an.
Zeitraum wäre erstmal 1-2 Monate (evtl. wäre längerfristig bzw. dauerhaft auch möglich).
Da es ein Haus ist hast du auch Zugriff zu unserer Werkstatt falls du was bauen magst. Oder kannst im Garten oder im Wohnzimmer chillen.
Autobahn: direkt Auffahrt auf die A99 und A94 bzw. Kreuz-München-Ost.
Zu Fuß ist man in 12 min an der S-Bahn Heimstetten und in 20min am Marienplatz. Das REZ (Räter Einkaufszentrum) ist 7min zu Fuß entfernt wo man alles bekommt... Penny, DM, Edeka.
Wir sind drei britische Brüder, also an Tee Mangelt es bei uns nicht. Josh ein guter Freund der auch hier vorübergehend wohnt, kocht sehr viel und meistens essen wir wenn es geht zusammen. Trotzdem lebt jeder sein eigenes individuelles Leben.
