We're looking for a flatmate since one of our flatmates will leave. It is available from March 2024 at 85551 Kirchheim bei Munich. KVR is possible.
The room is quite big around 31 m2. It is on the last floor of a 3rd-floor house. The warm rent is 550€ excluding internet and TV tax. And the deposit is 2 rent.
2 bathrooms and 1 toilet are shared among 4 flatmates. The house is 3 floors with a big living room and kitchen. Also, has a garden.
You need to take bus and U2 for TUM Main Campus and 2 buses to TUM Garching Campus. You can also take S bahn with bus. It is quite close to the bus station.
We just bought a washing mashine, so plus 60 euros for that is required. (mentioned above)
There is also a large shared living room and a terrace.
We are 3 females who are studying masters degree at TUM. (informatik, management and environmental engineering) We are cooking sometimes together and having fun. So please introduce yourself to join our cooking club! hahahah
From Kirchheim to the S-Bahn it takes 8 minutes. It takes another 20 minutes from Heimstetten to Marienplatz.
5 minutes walk from the market. It's a 15 minute walk to Edeka and Lidl.
There are many sports options, as well as a swimming lake in Heimstetten or more nature within a few minutes by bike.
We are 3 women living in the house. All of us are master's students at TUM. (Informatik, Management and Environmental Engineering).
There is a cozy and relaxed environment in the house. We all have our school and part-time jobs, however we also love spend time together.
It is important for us for a flatmate who is clean, responsible and open communicator. (also fun:) )
