Hey! Dein Zimmer wird 24m2 haben und hat Südausrichtung und es ist im Grundriss gekennzeichnet :)
Es ist ein wunderschöner Altbau mit klassischem Fischgrätenparkett. Sie ist modernisiert und hat 2 schöne neue Badezimmer ( eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne) und insgesamt 3 WCs. Die Küche hat 30m2, ist super einladend und hat allen Platz den man braucht. Es gibt ein seperates Wäschezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer.
Die Loggia soll allgemein benutzbar sein und hat Ost-Ausrichtung.

Das Zimmer ist ab 01.03.2025 verfügbar!

So zentral es in Klagenfurt geht! Der Blick geht auf den Kiki-Kogelnik-Brunnen. Der Heiligengeistplatz ist in 1 Min erreicht. Alles nötige ist im Radius von 5 min erreicht. Also Top-Busanbindung, Supermarkt, Apotheke etc.

3 mal Studi, demnach sind wir eh alle unter der Woche viel unterwegs bzw eingespannt.
Wochenends wird die Wohnung sicher mal lebendiger, aber wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, hat genug Rückzugsfläche bei der Größe :)
Und sonstiges kann natürlich immer besprochen werden.

Uns ist eine gute Atmosphäre sehr wichtig und bringen einladende Gemeinschaftsräume mit. Die Küche ist eigentlich das Herzstück, und im Sommer wird die Loggia viel genutzt. Housepartys welcome.

Sauberkeit und Putzplan ist ein absultes Muss!
