Unsere Wohnung hat neben zwei Abstellkammern, Küche und Bad (getrenntes WC), drei geräumige und lichtdurchflutete Zimmer. Zwei davon sind ab 1.Februar frei. Sie sind ca. 16qm und 12qm groß. Ein Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa, Bettgestell, Regal und zwei kleine Beistelltische sind gegen eine abgesprochene Ablösesumme verfügbar.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr renoviert, somit ist Küche, Bad etc. noch gut in Schuss ;)
Durch die großen Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und die Stadt.
Die Innenstadt mit Geschäften, Restaurants, netten Cafés, sowie der Heiligengeistplatz (Zentraler Umsteigeplatz für Busse) ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Uni kommst du ganz entspannt in nur 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad am Lendkanal entlang. Die Bushaltestellen sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür und auch zum nächsten Supermarkt kommst du in nur 5 Minuten.
Unsere bestehende WG löst sich leider aufgrund unseres Abschlusses Anfang nächsten Jahres auf, wodurch die zwei Zimmer frei werden. Imke wird trotzdem noch weiter in der WG bleiben und freut sich auf coole neue Mitbewohnerinnen.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert, offen und lustig. Falls du Interesse hast, würden wir uns sehr freuen, dich in einem persönlichen Gespräch (In Person oder Online) kennenzulernen.
