You will have your own bathroom, a spacious one with shower & window! There are not many room offers with private bathrooms on the market like this one. So be quick before it is taken!

It is a nice and cozy room (7m2), fully furnished with spacious private bathroom (13m2) and direct access to the big full-glass winter garden, fully furnished, newly renovated few years ago + in yard parking lot & bicycle storage place at Luisen Platz Kleve.

Monthly rent: all inclusive (high speed internet - up to 100Mbit/s, electriciy, gas, water, heating, waste disposal, gardening service).

Only 5 mins to the campus by bike or bus. Nearest bus stop is 3 mins on foot. Lidl, Aldi, dm, KiK, € shop & McDonald´s are in walking distance.

The house is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utilities). There are 2 big bathrooms + 1 guest WC, a nice garden with a lot of sweet cherries in Summer, full glass winter garden, parking lot and very important: bicycle storage space.

You can reach the campus in just 5mins with bicycle. Nearest bus stop is 3mins walk away with bus directly to the campus in 5mins.
Supermarkets are in walking distance including all what you need: Lidl, Aldi, dm, Tedi, Kik.

You will share this beautiful house with 4 other friendly students of HSRW. Sharing this big house (140m2 of total living space & 450m2 including garden) giving you much more living space and untilities such as garden/ bicycle storage and parking in comparison to sharing a flat.
