Das Zimmer ist mit 13 QM gut geräumig und liegt auf der Nordseite.
Ich möchte es am Besten Zeitnah untervermieten bis etwa Februar oder März 2021, bin da aber auch flexibel und passe mich deiner Situation an!
Das Zimmer befindet sich ca 8 Gehminuten vom Flughafen und dessen Bahnhof und nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Bus, Tram oder Bahn (Haltestelle Kloten Balsberg). Von den Bahnhöfen Balsberg und Flughafen ist man relativ zügig am HB.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG, wir haben ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC. Die Möbel bleiben über den Zeitraum im Zimmer. Die WG hat komplett Fußbodenheizung.
Des weiteren stehen eine Waschmaschine&Trockner zur Mitbenutzung bereit und ein Balkon zum Entspannen.
Wir haben einen 300 MBs Internetanschluss!
Die zwei anderen männlichen Mitbewohner, einer Pilot der andere Student sind immer offen für ein Bier und lassen dich auch in Ruhe wenn du das brauchst!
