Ich suche ab dem 01.03.2023 eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für ein möbliertes Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung (3,5 Zimmer) liegt in Kloten-Balsberg und der Ort hat eine gute Verbindung nach Zürich (10’ mit S7, Tram 10, Tram 12 und verschiedenen Bussen), zum Zürcher Flughafen (Geschäfte dort 365 Tage im Jahr geöffnet) und nach Winterthur (S7). Die Umgebung ist ganz ruhig, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop, Migros, Spar, Denner, Otto's, Aldi und Lidl) und für Naturmenschen ist der Hardwald 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. :)
Mein/e idealer/e Mitbewohner/in wäre zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt, hat am besten schon Erfahrung in einer WG, liegt Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, ist respektvoll und jemand, der nach der Arbeit mal zusammen ein Glas Wein geniessen kann, aber auch die Privatsphäre respektiert.
Der Vertrag dauert acht Monate (bis Ende September) mit guten Verlängerugsmöglichkeit.
Die Miete beträgt 900CHF inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet.

I'm looking for a new flatmate (female or male doesn't matter) starting from March 1st, for a furnished room with a nice view.
The flat with 3,5 room is in Kloten Balsberg, it is close to Zurich city centre and Oerlikon (S7, Tram 10, Tram 12 and many different buses), Zurich Airport (open 365 days) and Winterthur (S7). The area is quiet; there are many grocery shops (Coop, Migros, Spar, Denner, Otto's, Aldi and Lidl); for nature lovers, the forest called Hardwald is 5 minutes by walk. :)
My ideal flatmate would be between 25 and 35 years old, best with experience in a shared flat, respectful, cleanliness and order are important for you and you are someone who can enjoy a glass of wine together after work and also respect the private sphere.
The contract lasts eight months (until the end of September) with good chances of extension.
The rent is 900CHF including extra costs and internet.
