Da ich zum 30.09. aus der Wohnung ausziehen, suchen wir einen sympathischen neuen MitbewohnerIn.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß mit zwei Fenstern. Es hat außerdem einen wunderschönen Holzboden. Es wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 335€ all inclusive.
Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Nebenzimmer, Waschmaschine und sogar ein Gäste-WC. Alles ist sehr schnuckelig eingerichtet :)
Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt, du bist also sofort am Ort des Geschehens :)
Bars, Supermärkte, Restaurants gibt es zu Genüge und ist alles um die Ecke.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind 29 und 30 Jahre alt und im Berufsleben (Bauingenieurin und Marketing).
Sie sind super umgänglich und unternehmen auch mal was zusammen. Da es keine Zweck-WG ist, suchen wir jemanden, der auch mal Lust hat auf ein bisschen Socializing hat :) Man hat aber genauso seine Ruhe im Zimmer.
Wäre schön, wenn du ein paar Zeilen über dich schreiben würdest, damit wir einen ersten Eindruck bekommen.
