This room is the biggest room in the house. It is fully furnished with Shelves, Closet, Couch, Bed, Table-chair. Despite being attic there is enough space in the room. The room is pretty bright during the daytime because of the two big windows. In addition to the bedroom, we also have a pleasant living room for our relaxation and entertainment.

Otto-Falkenberg bus(2/12) stop is right in front of the house. Balduinbrucke or shculerplatz bus stop can be reached in couple of minutes by foot. Walking to the Koblenz city center takes only around 10-12 minutes. The river mosel is also in very close proximity. Most of the international shops plus Lidl and Action is ararend 5-6 minutes walking distance. Moreover, Netto is right behind the corner of our house.

All three of the Flatmates are students. The apartment is rather quiet during the week. Nevertheless, on the weekend sometimes we might have a small gathering of friends and colleagues.

I am moving out of Koblenz for few months. Therefore, we are renting his room. The room will be rented on a sub-contract(sublease) for three months only.

Currently, we can only provide a sublease agreement from the main tenant of the room. The leasing duration will be 3 months only. Please leave us a message if you are interested. We will get back to you soon.
