The apartment is spacious and beautiful, featuring a lovely large terrace where BBQs are allowed. It is always kept clean, which is an important aspect. The room is bright and of a good size. It comes with a comfortable double bed that you’re welcome to use, but it can also be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture. There is a fan for the summer, and the windows are equipped with sunshades and insect screens. Smoking is not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wunderschön und verfügt über eine große Terrasse, auf der Grillen erlaubt ist. Sauberkeit wird hier großgeschrieben, und die Wohnung ist stets gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist hell und von guter Größe. Es gibt ein gemütliches Doppelbett, das genutzt werden kann, aber auf Wunsch auch entfernt wird, falls du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtest. Für den Sommer gibt es einen Ventilator, und die Fenster sind mit Sonnenschutz und Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt.

The area and street are green, quiet, and pleasant. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, with buses reaching Koblenz Hbf in 11 minutes and Lohr Center in 16 minutes. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. Additionally, Rewe, Aldi, the post office, and several restaurants are only a 10-minute walk away. The Hochschule is also about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Die Gegend und die Straße sind grün, ruhig und sehr angenehm. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, und der Bus fährt in 11 Minuten zum Koblenz Hbf und in 16 Minuten zum Lohr Center.
