Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig. Das Hochbett könnte übernommen werden (ohne Ablöse). Das Zimmer ist zur Strasse raus, jedoch ruhig gelegen.
Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut. Sbahn Haltestelle Hansaring ist ca 6 min. entfernt, Ebertplatz mit Linie 12, 15,16,18 ca 7 min. und 15 min. läuft man zum Hauptbahnhof.
Ansonsten gibt es viele nette Cafes, Restaurant oder Kneipen um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe, Aldi und Penny.
Da meim Bruder aus der Wohnung auszieht, suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für die Wohnung im Agnesviertel. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind, sondern ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben pflegen.
Ich bin Julia, 32 Jahre alt, arbeite als Sozialarbeiterin. In meiner Freizeit treffe gerne Freund:innen, bin gerne unterrwegs, geniesse aber auch die Ruhe, koche und lese gerne und aktuell nutze ich mein Urban Sports Abo sehr aus.
