Hallo, mein Name ist Denis und ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum 01.07.2024-01.09.2024.
Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer in der Wohnung, in der Studenten wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist nur einen Steinwurf von der U-Bahn und den Regionalzügen des Hansaring entfernt. Die Supermärkte REWE und PENNY befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Eigelstan Tor und Eberplatz sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen: Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger, Bad. Im Innenhof des Hauses gibt es auch einen Parkplatz für Fahrräder.
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein großes Doppelbett, zwei Nachttische, einen Tisch mit Stuhl, ein separates langes Regal mit LCD-Fernseher.
Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen (Paare oder Freunde) verfügbar, und Sie könnten die Miete teilen.

Hello, my name is Denis and I am looking for a tenant for my room for the period 01.07.2024-01.09.2024.
Besides my room, there are two other rooms in the apartment where students live.
The apartment is a stone's throw away from the subway and Hansaring regional trains. REWE and PENNY supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, and Eigelstan Tor and Eberplatz are just a stone's throw away.
The apartment itself has everything you need for your stay: washing machine, stove, microwave, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, bathroom. Inside the courtyard of the house there is also a parking lot for bicycles.
The room has a large closet, a large double bed, two bedside tables, a table with a chair, a separate long shelf with LCD TV.
The room is available for 2 persons (couples or friends), and you could split rent payment. All communal payments are including in the rent payment (850 Euro).

Near the housing there is a bus stop, from which bus number 127 runs.
The Eberplatz and Hansaring underground stations as well as regional trains are a 5-minute walk away. From here you can reach the central station in just 5 minutes or take a train to Cologne/Bonn Airport.
3 students live in the apartment: two in the first and one in the second. They are all kind, sociable guys. The neighbors in the first room are from South America and speak Spanish and English, the neighbor in the second room is from China and speaks English and German.
