Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Einbauschrank, der enorm viel Stauraum bietet. Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht ins Ausland und wird deshalb ihre Möbel hier lassen und an dich verkaufen, deshalb eignet sich das Zimmer perfekt für Zugezogene ohne eigene Möbel.

Die Wohnung befindet sich MITTEN in Köln, sprich 1 Minute Fußweg zum Neumarkt (dm, Alnatura, Rewe etc). Sie ist allerdings in einer Einbahnstrasse gelegen und deshalb erstaunlich ruhig.

Ich bin Leila, 28J, arbeite als Flugbegleiterin in Frankfurt und wohne erst seit April in Köln. Vielleicht können wir ab und dann etwas unternehmen, ansonsten schätze ich aber auch meine Me Time sehr.
Ich suche eine ordentliche, kompromissbereite und offene Person, die die Wohnung ebenfalls als ein Rückzugsort sieht.

Die Wohnung war jahrelang die alleinige Wohnung meiner Mitbewohnerin, dementsprechend gehören alle Möbel ihr. Da sie aber ins Ausland zieht, hinterlässt sie (fast alle!) Möbelstücke uns und deine Ablösesumme beläuft sich somit auf insgesamt 800€. Bitte melde dich nur bei mir, wenn du damit einverstanden bist.
