Außerdem - höheren Mächten seis gedankt - gibt es hier immer mehr nette Kaffee-Spots. Und falls Du das anders siehst, bist Du zu Fuß innerhalb von 20 Minuten in die Südstadt gecheckt, wo Du neben Café- auch gute Kneipen-Action bekommst.

You live between Heu- and Neumarkt, got two Rewe supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, an Aldi supermarket 10-15 minutes' walk away and an erotic store just around the corner. What more could you want :)
In addition - thank the higher powers - there are more and more nice coffee spots here. And if you have a different opinion, you can walk to Südstadt within 20 minutes, where you can find good pub action as well as cafés.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis sind:

Johann (he/him) ist mittlerweile der WG-Älteste und aktuell verschärft unterwegs. Nicht nur wegen seines neuen Buzzcuts, sondern auch, weil er im maximalen Hustle-Modus ist: Masterarbeit, Kick-Boxen und Gastro. Der Mann hat derzeit verdammt lange Tage, aber trotzdem immer ein offenes Ohr für die Menschen um sich herum. Außerdem kannst Du Dich darauf verlassen, dass Du von ihm immer mit Kaffee versorgt wirst - unter anderem durch die Durchreiche - und Dein Bauch mit seinen stabilen Dad-Jokes zum Sixpack trainiert wird. Und sollte der Mann am Wochenende mal nicht arbeiten, ist er meist down für jedwede Form von Schabernack. Langweilig wirds ihm in jedem Fall selten, und damit Dir wahrscheinlich auch nicht.

Lu (she/her) teilt derzeit dasselbe Leid wie Johann: sie prügelt ihre Masterarbeit durch. Daneben arbeitet sie gerade an einer neuen Morgen-Routine, die unter anderem Joggen beinhaltet. Frühstück überspringt sie gerne, so rein zeitlich. Aber auf ihre Laugenecken- oder Stangen lässt sie nichts kommen. Die werden dann einfach gegen 12 oder 13 Uhr gegönnt. Ansonsten glaubt Lu, gar nicht so krass kochen zu können (Trugschluss!) und unterschätzt auch, wie damn good ihr Salatdressing ist. Verlassen kannst Du dich bei ihr außerdem auch auf das stete ehrliche Interesse an Dir, Deinen Gedanken und Deiner Lebenswelt. Und darauf, dass sie ihr Handwerk an den Turntables versteht <3 Und das Sahnehäubchen on top: Lu ist die einzige in unseren Reihen, die einen Grünen Daumen hat und damit auch unsere Balkone verschönert.

Lelaina (she/her) ist die Queen of Anglizismen und das Nesthäkchen der WG. Sie ist viel "on the Go" - wie sie es formulieren würde, hat meistens jemenschen am Telefon und lacht wahnsinnig viel! Am meisten über sich selbst. Grundsätzlich kannst Du Lel mit fast allem begeistern - außer mit Kaffee. (Und Faschismus, Rassismus, Homophobie ... you know the deal!) Solltest Du aber auf nen Matcha Latte oder Flohmarkt mit ihr raus wollen, ist sie zu 100 Prozent am Start. Und wenn es Dir an Confidence fehlt, ist sie auch die richtige Ansprechpartnerin. Denn neben ihrem Da-Sein als Königin der Anglizismen ist sie auch Queen der empowernden Worte. Danach gibts dann meistens noch einen liebevollen Hug und jede Menge Luft-Besos. Damit beginnt der Tag meist noch besser.

In der Sternengasse, von uns auch liebevoll "Galaxie" genannt, wird nicht nur gemeinsam gelebt, sondern auch mitgefühlt, Verständnis füreinander aufgebracht und Rücksicht genommen. Außerdem teilen wir einen ähnlichen Wertekompass, der jeder Form von diskriminierendem und menschenverachtendem Verhalten entgegensteht. Wenn Du den Eindruck hast, dass Du in diesen Haufen von unterschiedlichen und stellenweise doch sehr ähnlichen Persönlichkeiten reinpasst, dann schreib uns eingangs Deiner Nachricht gerne, welches Zimmer Du bevorzugst. Außerdem kannst Du uns gerne direkt wissen lassen, wann Du im Oktober für eine WG-Besichtigung vorbeikommen könntest.
Wer das nicht berücksichtigt, wird im Zweifel erstmal keine Antwort bekommen, weil wir den ganzen Bewerbungsprozess gerne um diejenigen gestalten wollen, die sich auch die ganze Anzeige - oder at least den Text zum WG-Leben - durchgelesen haben.

Und, wichtige Abschlussanmerkung: Wir suchen nach einem Menschen, der ein festes Einkommen hat und sich auch bereit erklärt, in den Hauptmietvertrag einzusteigen.

Your future flatmates are:

Johann (he/him) is now the oldest member of the flat share and is currently on the go. Not only because of his new buzzcut, but also because he's in maximum hustle mode: Master's thesis, kick-boxing and gastro. The man has damn long days at the moment, but still always has an open ear for the people around him. You can also rely on him to always provide you with coffee - including through the serving hatch - and to train your stomach into a six-pack with his solid dad jokes. And if the man isn't working at the weekend, he's usually down for any kind of mischief. In any case, he rarely gets bored, which means you probably won't either.

Lu (she/her) is currently sharing the same suffering as Johann: she is working on her Master's thesis. She is also working on a new morning routine, which includes jogging. She likes to skip breakfast, purely in terms of time. But she doesn't miss out on her pretzel corners or breadsticks. She simply indulges in them at around 12 or 1 pm. Apart from that, Lu doesn't think she can cook all that much (fallacy!) and underestimates how damn good her salad dressing is. You can also rely on her to show a constant and honest interest in you, your thoughts and your world. And the fact that she knows her craft on the turntables <3 And the icing on the cake: Lu is the only one in our ranks who has a green thumb and uses it to beautify our balconies.

Lelaina (she/her) is the queen of Anglicisms and the baby of the flat. She is often “on the go” - as she would put it, usually has someone on the phone and laughs a lot! Mostly about herself. Basically, you can get Lel excited about almost anything - except coffee. (And fascism, racism, homophobia ... you know the deal!) But if you want to take her out for a matcha latte or to a flea market, she's 100 percent up for it. And if you lack confidence, she's also the right person to talk to. Because in addition to being the queen of Anglicisms, she is also the queen of empowering words. This is usually followed by an affectionate hug and lots of air-besos. This usually makes the day start even better.

In Sternengasse, which we affectionately call “Galaxie”, we not only live together, but also empathize, understand and show consideration for one another. We also share a similar set of values that oppose all forms of discriminatory and inhumane behavior. If you have the impression that you fit into this group of different and sometimes very similar personalities, then please let us know at the beginning of your message which room you prefer. You can also let us know directly when you could come by for a viewing in October.
