Hello, in unserer hübschen WG wird ein Zimmer frei für begrenzte Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe der Moltkestraße. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, es gibt einen kleinen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Dachbalkon und einen süßen Innenhof. Die Bewohner:innen der WG (she/her, they/them) sind um die dreißig und wünschen sich eine weiblich gelesene oder non-binäre Person im gleichen alter (ab ca. 27 Jahren).
Das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus, gegenüber ist ein kleines Café und eine Kunstgalerie. Da es in der Straße viele Bars gibt, kann es nachts auch mal lauter sein. Aber wenn das Fenster zu ist, hört man nichts mehr.

Hello, a room is available in our lovely shared apartment for a limited time. The apartment is centrally located near Moltkestrasse. The rooms are spacious and bright, there is a small shared roof balcony and a cute inner courtyard. The residents of the shared apartment (she/her, they/them) are around thirty and are looking for a female or non-binary person of the same age (from around 27 years old).
The room faces the street, opposite is a small café and an art gallery. As there are many bars on the street, it can be noisy at night. But if the window is closed, you can't hear anything.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Linien 1, 7, 12, und 15 sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Grüngürtel, der Brüsseler Platz und der Aachener Weiher liegen quasi um die Ecke.

There are numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other shopping options in the area. Lines 1, 7, 12 and 15 are within walking distance. The green belt, the Brüsseler Platz and the Aachener Weiher are practically around the corner.
In der WG leben noch Anna (sie/ihr) und Max (they/them). Anna ist angehende Sprachtherapeutin und noch im Studium, Max arbeitet bei einem Musiklabel und wird voraussichtlich nächstes Jahr zurück nach Frankreich gehen, wo them Lebensmittelpunkt ist. Beide sind sehr interessiert an Musik, Literatur und Kunst - Anna schreibt in ihrer Freizeit für ein Musikmagazin und Max ist als DJ unterwegs. Beide sind sehr offene Menschen mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Humor. Hin und wieder trifft man sich in der Küche auf ein nettes Gepräch und ein Gläschen Wein oder eine gemütliche Tasse Tee. Das WG-Leben ist locker und entspannt.

Anna (she/her) and Max (they/them) also live in the shared flat. Anna is a prospective speech therapist and is still studying, Max works for a music label and is expected to return to France next year, where they live. Both are very interested in music, literature and art, Anna occasionally writes for a music magazine and Max is a DJ. Both are very open people with a strong sense of humor. Now and then they meet in the kitchen for a nice chat and a glass of wine or a cozy cup of tea. Life in the shared flat is relaxed and easy-going.
Wir suchen eine weibliche oder non-binäre Person ab ca. 27 Jahren, die für begrenzte Zeit ein Zimmer sucht. Es wäre schön, wenn du Lust hast, dich am WG-Leben zu beteiligen. Aber es gibt keinen Zwang, zusammen zu kochen, oder ähnliches. Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du in das Profil passt. Auf Anfragen, die nicht den Grundkriterien entsprechen, werde ich nicht reagieren (aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage).
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers wird nicht so aussehen wie auf dem Foto, da ich noch im Oktober mit meinen Möbeln ausziehen werde. Ich werde allerdings alle notwendigen Möbel bereitstellen. Wie das Zimmer dann aussehen wird, werde ich dir rechtzeitig mitteilen.

We are looking for a female or non-binary person aged 27 or over who is looking for a room for a limited period of time. It would be nice if you would like to participate in shared living. But there is no obligation to cook together or anything like that. Please only get in touch if you fit the profile. I will not respond to requests that do not meet the basic criteria (due to high demand).
The room will not look like the photo, as I will be moving out with my furniture in October. However, I will provide all the necessary furniture. I will let you know in good time what the room will look like.
