Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock mit zwei Zimmern. Die Küche ist groß mit einer Spülmaschine und einem kleinen französischen Balkon. Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und einen Regenduschaufsatz <3 Im Innenhof gibt es genügend Platz um ein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, zur Straße ausgerichtet und sehr hell. Meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sideboard, Kleiderstange, 2 kleine Schränke, 2 Regale und Deko) bleiben im Zimmer.
Das Sideboard ist noch nicht auf dem Foto zu sehen, wird aber aus Holz im 60er Jahre Stil sein.
Ansonsten ist auch alles was Mensch so zum Leben braucht in der Wohnung vorhanden :)
Our apartment is located on the second floor with two rooms. The kitchen is large with a dishwasher and a small French balcony. The Bathroom has a window, bathtub, washing machine and a rain shower attachment <3 In the courtyard there is enough space to park your bike.
My room is about 14 sqm, facing the street and very bright. My furniture (bed, desk, sideboard, clothes rail, 2 small closets, 2 shelves and decoration) will stay in the room.
The sideboard is not yet on the photo, but will be made of wood in the 60s style.
Otherwise, everything else that you need to live is in the apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Mitten in der Innenstadt, direkt neben dem Aachener Weiher und sehr gut angebunden. Ca 3 Minuten zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle (Moltkestraße), 10 Min entfernt vom Rudolfplatz. Die Haltestelle Köln Süd liegt auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad nur ca. 5 Minuten und die Uni Mensa ist auch direkt ums Eck :)
Einkaufsläden wie Penny, Aldi, Lidl und Rewe sind zwischen 5-10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Die Aachener Straße sowie die Zülpicher Straße sind auch sehr nah. Hier findet ihr viele tolle Restaurants und Bars!
Aber natürlich haben wir auch direkt gegenüber unsere Stammkneipe "Zappes". Super leckeres, selbstgebrautes Pils.
The location of the apartment is amazing. In the middle of the city center, right next to the Aachener Weiher and very well connected. Approx 3 minutes to the nearest train stop (Moltkestraße), 10 min away from Rudolfplatz. The stop Köln Süd is also only 10 minutes away. To the university its a 15 minute walk, by bike only about 5 minutes and the university canteen is also right around the corner :)
Stores like Penny, Aldi, Lidl and Rewe are between 5-10 minutes walk away.
Aachener Straße and Zülpicher Straße are also very close. Here you will find many great restaurants and bars!
But of course we also have our regular pub "Zappes" directly across the street. Super tasty, home-brewed Pils
Lukas und Ich sind gerade erst zusammen, leider muss ich wegen meines Studiums nach Rotterdam für ein halbes Jahr.
Wir produzieren in unserer Freizeit viel Musik, insbesondere DnB, Dubstep und auch Techno. Natürlich sind wir für jede weitere Musikrichtung offen und lieben es uns darüber auszutauschen. Am Wochenende legen wir auch gerne zusammen auf, deswegen sollte dich laute Musik nicht stören =)
Ansonsten gestaltet sind das WG Leben recht einfach. Lukas kocht sehr gerne und seeeeehr lecker, hauptsächlich vegetarisch aber auch Vegan.
Sauberkeit liegt uns sehr am Herzen, einen Putzplan haben wir bis jetzt noch nicht gebraucht.
Erzähl uns doch etwas über dich und schick uns gerne einen deiner Lieblingstracks.

Lukas and I just moved in together, unfortunately I have to go to Rotterdam for half a year because of my studies.
We produce a lot of music in our free time, especially DnB, Dubstep and also Techno. But of course we are open for any other kind of music! On weekends we also like to spin some records together, so loud music should not bother you =)
Otherwise the WG life is quite simple. Lukas really likes to cook (its hella tasty), mainly vegetarian but also vegan.
Cleanliness is also very important to us.
We would love to hear something about you. And please feel free to send us one of your favorite tracks. We love to hear new music :)

Evtl. wird mein Zimmer auch länger als der 31.01.2022 verfügbar sein. Das kommt darauf an, wie ich mit meiner Masterthese voran komme :) Werde das aber transparent kommunizieren natürlich.
There is a possibility that my room will be free longer than the 31.01.22, depening on my master thesis progress. I would let you know asap ofc!
