Hallo,
Ich heisse Sara und ziehe zum 1. August nach Paris. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird die neue Nachmieterin ab September 2024 und eine Freundin von ihr wird mein Zimmer beziehen. Für den Monat August suche ich daher eine Untermieterin, damit ich nicht doppelt Miete in Köln und Paris zahlen muss ✌🏼
Mein Zimmer ist sehr groß mit Zugang zum Balkon und großer Fensterfront. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und man ist innerhalb von 5 min im beliebten Stadtteil Ehrenfeld und auch innerhalb von 15-20 min in der Innenstadt & bei der Uni.
Ein paar Möbel (und meine Pflanzen) werde ich mit nach Paris nehmen, kann sie aber nach absprache im August auch noch da lassen 🥰
Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind beide 19 Jahre alt, eine ist Französin, sie spricht aber sehr gut Deutsch.
Bei Interesse meldet euch gerne 🌞 Auch wenn ihr nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum und nicht den ganzen August interessiert seid, dürft ihr euch gerne melden.
