In unserer cosy WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 m groß und teilt sich einen schönen Balkon mit deiner Zimmernachbarin. Ansonsten ist es hell und praktisch geschnitte. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell und groß. Wir habe eine schöne Küche mit Balkon und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Wir würden die Kennenlerntreffen gerne am 6.2, 9.2 und 12.2 haben. Schreib gerne dazu, was dir (nicht) passen würde. Die Miete beträgt 476€, ist aber ggf. verhandelbar, da wir alle nicht nach Quadratmetern bezahlen, sondern schauen, wie es für alle passt. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, könnte aber mit einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal und ggf. Kommode überlassen werden.
A room is available in our cosy shared flat. The room is about 15m2 and shares a nice balcony with your roommate. Otherwise it is bright and practically cut. The apartment is very bright and spacious. We have a nice kitchen with balcony and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
We would like to meet on 6.2, 9.2 and 12.2. Feel free to write what would (not) suit you. The rent is 476€, but is negotiable if necessary, as we don't pay by square meters, but see how it suits everyone. The room is unfurnished, but could be left with a desk, chair, shelf and possibly a chest of drawers.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stadtwald. Zur Linie 1 sind es 5 Minuten und somit ist das Stadtzentrum, Deutz und Kalk schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Linie 13 ist 12 Minuten entfernt und fährt nach Sülz oder über Ehrenfeld nach Mühlheim. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden.
Rewe und Aldi sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
The apartment is located directly next to the city forest. Line 1 is 5 minutes away, so the city center, Deutz and Kalk can be reached quickly and easily. Line 13 is 12 minutes away and goes to Sülz or Mühlheim via Ehrenfeld. Even though the apartment is not super centrally located, it is very well connected.
Rewe and Aldi are within walking distance
Wir sind eine gemeinschaftliche WG, die viel unterwegs ist. Wir sind alle zwischen 26 und 33 Jahre alt. Einige arbeiten in der diskriminierungskritischen bzw. feministischen Sozialarbeit, andere in gewerkschaftlicher Arbeit, andere studieren Film oder Gender & Queer Studies. Wir kaufen gemeinsam Essen ein und kochen mal mehr mal weniger miteinander und füreinander.. Wir sprechen momentan Deutsch in der WG, hatten aber auch schon Konstellationen in Englisch, was auch kein Problem war. Unter uns wohnen noch zwei weitere WGs, mit denen wir connected sind. Es gibt ein Garten und Keller, den wir teilen und Garagen.
Leider müssen wir wegen eines befristeten Mietvertrags alle Ende Juli (höchstwahrscheinlich) ausziehen, weshalb auch das Zimmer nur befristet vermietet werden kann. Es wäre schön wenn du vorhast, bis zum Ende der Mietdauer zu bleiben.
We are a communal flat share that travels a lot. We are all between 26 and 33 years old. Some of us work in anti-discrimination or feminist social work, others in trade union work, others study film or gender and queer studies. We buy food together and sometimes cook more or less together and for each other. We currently speak German in the shared flat, but we've also had constellations in English, which wasn't a problem either. There are two other flatshares below us with whom we are connected. There is a garden and cellar that we share and garages.
Unfortunately, we all have to move out at the end of July (most likely) due to a fixed-term tenancy agreement, which is why the room can only be rented for a limited time. It would be nice if you plan to stay until the end of the rental period.
