The cozy room is about 13m² and comes with some furniture, including a bed, sideboard, and clothing rack. I’d be happy if you use them, but you’re also welcome to bring your own things—let’s discuss what works best for you. Currently, two walls are painted black, but feel free to renovate the space however you like!

The flat is located in the heart of Cologne-Deutz. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, doctors, and gyms. The river Rhein is just a 5-minute walk away, offering ideal spots for walking, running, or relaxing. Cologne Messe/Deutz station and tram lines 1, 7, 9, and 3, 4 are also only 5 minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the Lanxess Arena is within walking distance, perfect for event and concerts lovers.

I’m Marlon (he/they), your potential future roomie. I speak German and English and consider myself a calm, open-minded and easygoing person. I love spending time at home, cooking, painting with oils, playing piano and hanging out with my two cats, Malibu and Kiwi. I freelance and work from my home office a lot. Outside of that, I enjoy short trips, good food, exhibitions, concerts, going to the gym and sauna.

This is a queer safe space. Trans people and Enbys are more than welcome.

The flat is a peaceful place for us and the cats. It’s not a party location, and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The price is 650€ all-in, including internet, energy, and the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag). The contract will be a sublet agreement, and I will remain the main tenant.

Important Info: I’m planning to move with my partner in the near future, so there might be an chance to take over the entire flat and find a new roommate yourself, provided the landlord agrees.
