Ich biete für knapp zwei Monate ein WG Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Köln Deutz in einem schönen Altbau. Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert mit einem Bett (ohne Matratze), einer Kommode und einer Kleiderstange. Nach Absprache kann ich es aber auch leer räumen.
Der Preis ist fix pro Monat und inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Die Kaution bekommst du sofort nach dem Auszug wieder zurück.

I’m offering a shared apartment room for sublet for about two months. The apartment is located in the center of Cologne-Deutz in a beautiful old building. The room is partially furnished with a bed (without a mattress), a dresser, and a clothes rack. Upon request, I can also clear it out completely.
Price is fix including all costs. You'll get back the deposit directly after moving out.
Wie Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Köln Deutz, Bahnanbindung ist mit dem Bahnhof, den Linien 1,7,9 und 3 und 4 hervorragend um in die Innenstadt, aber auch aus der Stadt raus zu kommen und auch alle Supermärkte, Ärzte etc. sind in direkter Umgebung. Auch der Rhein ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the center of Cologne Deutz, with excellent train connections via the station and lines 1, 7, 9, 3, and 4, making it easy to get to the city center as well as out of the city. Additionally, all supermarkets, doctors, etc., are in the immediate vicinity. The Rhine is also just a few minutes' walk away.
In unserer queeren WG geht es ruhig und entspannt zu, damit wir und die Katzen uns wohlfühlen. Sauberkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander sind selbstverständlich.
In our queer-friendly shared apartment, it's calm and relaxed so that both we and the cats feel comfortable. Cleanliness and respectful behavior toward each other are essential.
Mit in der Wohnung leben zwei Katzen und ich. Wir ziehen allerdings gegen Mitte/Ende März schon aus, was bedeutet, dass du dann einen Monat alleine hier wohnen würdest. Die Küche und auch er Esstisch bleiben natürlich bis Ende April in der Wohnung. Da der Hauptvertrag bis Ende April läuft, muss die Wohnung, einschließlich deines Zimmers, am 30. April in sauberem Zustand an den Vermieter übergeben werden.
Two cats and I currently live in the apartment. However, we'll be moving out around mid/end of March, which means you'd have the place to yourself for one month. The kitchen and dining table will, of course, remain in the apartment until end of April. Since the main contract runs until the end of April, the apartment, including your room, must be handed over to the landlord on April 30th in a clean condition.
