Hallo zusammen!
Da ich für ein Praktikum die Stadt vorübergehend verlassen muss, wird mein schönes Zimmer mitten in Ehrenfeld frei. Ich vermiete das Zimmer komplett möbliert, sodass es dir an nichts fehlen wird. Einzelheiten können wir aber gerne auch noch persönlich klären.
Das Zimmer grenzt an einen Balkon, den eigentlich alle in der WG nutzen könnten. Da wir den aber irgendwie sehr selten benutzen, wird er vermutlich fast immer dir gehören. Falls doch jemand auf den Balkon möchte, sprechen wir das meist einfach eben ab - sollte also kein Problem sein :)
Ansonsten wurde die Wohnung vor 2 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist somit (abgesehen vom fehlenden Badezimmerspiegel) bestens ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, ...).

Hello everyone!
Since I have to leave the city temporarily for an internship, my nice room in the middle of Ehrenfeld is available. I rent the room completely furnished, so you won't lack anything. We can also discuss the details in person.
The room borders on a balcony, which everyone in the flat-sharing community could actually use. However, since we don't use it very often, it will probably be yours most of the time. If someone does want to use the balcony, we usually just discuss it - so it shouldn't be a problem :)
Apart from that, the flat was completely renovated 2 years ago and is well equipped (apart from the missing bathroom mirror) (dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub, ...).
Unsere WG befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt an der Haltestelle Weinsbergstraße/Gürtel in Ehrenfeld. Ansonsten sind auch die Aachener Straße, Venloer Straße und der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld nicht weit weg (alles ca. 1-2 Minuten mit der Bahn oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Man hat hier also echt eine super ÖPNV-Verbindung. Falls du lieber mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, haben wir auch einen Hinterhof und einen Kellerraum, in dem du das ganz entspannt abstellen kannst.

Our shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building directly at the Weinsbergstraße/Gürtel stop in Ehrenfeld. Aachener Straße, Venloer Straße and Ehrenfeld train station are also not far away (all about 1-2 minutes by train or 10 minutes on foot). So you really have a great public transport connection here. If you prefer to travel by bike, we also have a backyard and a basement room where you can park your bike.
Ich wohne zusammen mit Jana (26) und Sarah (22) in der WG. Beide studieren mittlerweile im 10. Semester Medizin. Aber keine Sorge, falls du auch kein Mediziner bist: die beiden sind super lieb und total offen :) Wenn sie grade nicht mit ihrem Studium beschäftigt sind, arbeiten sie nebenbei im Krankenhaus und machen in ihrer Freizeit gerne Sport. Jana spielt Handball, Sarah geht lieber laufen und tanzt. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr freundlich. Wir machen - vor allem zu Online-Uni-Zeiten - gerne (Essens-)pausen zusammen oder quatschen auf dem Flur. Wer möchte, kann die Zimmertür aber auch hinter sich schließen.
Wir legen viel Wert auf eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit (nicht zu übertrieben, aber einfach so, dass sich alle wohlfühlen). Es wäre schön, wenn es dir in dieser Hinsicht ähnlich geht :)

I live in a shared flat with Jana (26) and Sarah (22). They are both studying medicine in their 10th semester. But don't worry if you're not a medical student either: they're both super sweet and totally open :) When they're not busy with their studies, they work part-time at the hospital and like to do sports in their free time. Jana plays handball, Sarah prefers running and dancing. The atmosphere in the shared flat is very friendly. We like to take (meal) breaks together - especially during online university hours - or chat in the hallway. But if you want, you can also close the door behind you.
We attach a lot of importance to a certain basic cleanliness (not too exaggerated, but simply so that everyone feels comfortable). It would be nice if you felt the same way :)
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550 Euro. Damit sind sämtliche Kosten abgedeckt - es kommt also nichts mehr drauf.
