wir - Elyes 26 und Nils 24, wir sind beide berufstätig und suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 3er WG ab dem 01.11.
Die Wohnung ist recht groß mit knapp 100qm mit einem 25qm Wohn-Esszimmer und ist voll ausgestattet! Von Waschmaschine bis Gläser, Besteck, Mülltonnen, Handtücher usw...
Das Leben in der WG sollte keine Zweck WG sein und einfach entspannt sein!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir sind nur 200m von der Haltestelle Gutenberstraße (Linie 5) entfernt.
Der berühmte Grüngürtel ist auch in der Nähe (ca. 600m).
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ein Rewe (ca. 500m entfernt).
Die Zimmer Möbeln (Schlagzeug nicht) sollten möglichst für einen Abschlag übernommen werden:
