Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Sonne.
In dem Zimmer bleibt das Bett (140x200).
Die Kleiderstangen bleiben und die Balkonmöbel auch.
Nach Absprache kann auch gerne das ein oder andere Möbelstück bleiben.
Zur Wohnung gehören eine vollausgestattete Küche (mit siebträger Kaffemaschine ;)) und ein Bad was du dir mit meinem Mitbewohner teilst.
Du wirst mitten in Ehrenfeld wohnen.
Die Haltestelle Venloerstr./Gürtel ist 1 Gehminute entfernt und der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld 5 Gehminuten.
Hier wohnt Benni (32 Jahre), Feuerwehrmann. Benni ist der beste Mitbewohner den du dir vorstellen kannst. Mit ihm habe ich 3 Jahre ohne jegliche Konflikte zusammengelebt. Daraus ist mittlerweile eine sehr gute Freundschaft entstanden.
Man kann über alles reden, zusammen kochen, Spaß haben und aber auch seine Ruhe haben.
Humor wird hier sehr groß geschrieben, ohne kommt man hier nicht rein 😊
