Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist ca.12 Quadratmeter groß und hat sehr hohe Decken.
Es gibt 2 große Fenster mit Rolläden und 2 Heizungen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert vermietet, wobei ich sehr gerne mein Bett mit fast neuer Mattatze mitverkaufen würde (250€ VB)
Die Wg liegt in einer Perfekten Lage. Supermärkte, Restaurants, und jegliche Läden, die man im Alltag braucht, sind 1-5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Auch die Haltestelle Körnerstraße ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, von hier kommt man einfach in die Innenstadt.
Die Straße ist sehr Ruhig da es eine Nebenstraße ist.
Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt.
Falls du mal lust hast etwas zu unternehmen oder einfach mal jemanden zum reden brauchst, findet sich in einer 9er WG schnell jemand:) Alle sind sehr offen und freunlich, aber da das Haus groß ist, verläuft sich auch alles, falls du mal deine Ruhe brauchst.
In der Wg leben hauptsächlich Studenten, wir sind aber offen für alle:)
