I'm looking for a rental agent for my Wg room, if you're interested to report and tell you about yourself (please don't ask too long texts:)).
The room is bright and spacious has about 16qm2 and a small walkable niche with window, in which shelves are installed and can thus be used as a wardrobe. The window goes out into the garden and has a small roofing and a vestibule, so that you can sit on the window in summer. There are roller shutters and the floor was relocated by me last year.
The room borders only one of the two other Wg rooms and is located at the back of the apartment, so it is really quiet:) The heating works super and in summer is very pleasantly cool because the house hardly heats up.

Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig hat ca 16qm2 und eine kleine begebare Nische mit Fenster, in der Regale eingebaut sind und so als Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann. Das Fenster geht in den Garten raus und hat eine kleine Überdachung und Vorbau, sodass man im Sommer herrlich am Fenster sitzen kann. Es gibt Rolläden und der Boden wurde letztes Jahr von mir neu verlegt.
Das Zimmer grenzt nur an eines der beiden anderen Wg Zimmer und liegt ganz hinten in der Wohnung, dadurch ist es echt ruhig:) Die Heizung funktioniert super und im Sommer ist sehr angenehm kühl weil sich das Haus kaum aufheizt.
