I am looking for 15.05./01.06. a new cohabitant for a 3rd WG in Ehrenfeld on the Subbelrather Str. Höhe Leyendeckerstr. I live here myself only since the end of January and I am very hyped to live here, because I now, with the good location, become a bicycle man so slow and enjoy living in Ehrenfeld.
Unfortunately, my co-habitant takes off after 5 years, as well as our rent is currently quite high, so my plan is now to make a 3 WG from the apartment. Since our kitchen and hall are very small, unfortunately there is no real place where we could chill together as a WG. The two rooms are 15 and 22 square meters and the larger room has two doors and was once two rooms. Therefore, my plan is to recover the wall in the bigger summer, so that there would be a small common dining room and three approximately equal rooms. In any case, this would make the rent much less, including all costs approx. 410€ per person. The picture with the bed on it would then be the small common dining room and the part of the room with the green armchair would be one of the WG rooms (north window). The other WG room would be what is just our living room, that with couch and table (west window). I am thinking of building up this with support, but it is still possible to get costs on us, which I cannot fully estimate and which we would share for the third.

Ich wohne hier selbst erst seit ende Januar und bin sehr hyped darauf hier zu wohnen, denn ich werde jetzt mit der guten Lage so langsam zum Fahrradmenschen und genieße es sehr in Ehrenfeld zu wohnen.
Leider zieht meine Mitbewohniperson nach 5 Jahren aus, außerdem ist unsere Miete aktuell ziemlich hoch, daher ist mein Plan jetzt eine 3er-WG aus der Wohnung zu machen. Da unsere Küche und Flur sehr klein sind, gibt es leider keinen richtigen Platz, wo wir mal als WG zusammen chillen könnten. Die beiden Zimmer sind 15 und 22 qm groß und das größere Zimmer hat zwei Türen und war mal zwei Zimmer. Daher ist gerade mein Plan, die Wand in dem größeren ZImmer wieder einzuziehen, sodass es dann ein kleines gemeinsames Esszimmer und drei ca. gleichgroße Zimmer gäbe. Dadurch wäre die Miete auf jeden Fall deutlich weniger und zwar inklusive aller Kosten ca. 410€ pro Person. Das Bild mit dem Bett drauf wäre dann das kleine gemeinsame Esszimmer und der Teil des Zimmers mit dem grünen Sessel wäre eines der WG-Zimmer (Nordfenster). Das andere WG-Zimmer wäre das, was gerade unser Wohnzimmer ist, also das mit Couch und Tisch (Westfenster). Ich überlege, das mit Unterstützung selbst einzubauen, es können aber trotzdem noch Kosten auf uns zukommen, die ich gerade nicht ganz abschätzen kann, und die wir zu dritt teilen würden.
Der Vermieter verlangt einen Nachweis, aus welchen Mitteln die Miete gezahlt werden kann (z.B. eine Elternbürgschaft, aber vielleicht würde auch ein Bafög-Bescheid oder Gehaltsnachweis gehen), und außerdem muss eine Kaution von 800€ pro Person hinterlegt werden.
Ich finde unsere Wohnung sehr gemütlich, obwohl sie nicht renoviert ist, was an der sweeten Einrichtung liegt. Ich fände es daher toll, wenn wir es uns hier wieder schön einrichten, nachdem einige Gemeinschaftsdinge mit meiner Mitbewohniperson die Wohnung verlassen. Falls du Sachen wie Teller, Gläser und andere Haushaltsachen besitzt, kannst du die sehr gerne mitbringen, da hier nach dem Auszug einige Dinge zu ersetzen sein werden.
Dass die Wohnung unrenoviert ist, bringt einen nervigen Punkt mit sich, den ich hier schonmal mitteilen will: Im Zimmer mit dem grünen Sessel gibt es jeden Winter leichten Schimmelbefall. Ich habe den Schimmel selbst noch nicht gesehen, aber meine Mitbewohniperson meint, dass der Befall nur leicht sei und sie den zweimal im Jahr mit Spray behandelt und ihn somit unter Kontrolle gebracht haben.

5 min entfernt ist der Park Takufeld und fast direkt dabei das Ossendorf Schwimmbad.

Auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene ist mir sehr wichtig, dass die WG queer- und insbesondere transfriendly ist. Ich bin queer und cis für dich zur Info. :)
Außerdem ist mir ein wertschätzender Umgang super wichtig. Ich bin sehr viel unterwegs und brauche mein Zuhause zum Aufladen. Daher bin ich tatsächlich weniger auf der Suche nach einer WG mit wöchentlichen Spieleabenden und gemeinsamem Freund*innenkreis. Ich mag es aber sehr, regelmäßig in Kontakt zu Mitbewohnis zu sein und es, auch wenn wir alle viel unterwegs sind oder auch viel Zeit für uns brauchen, trotzdem schaffen alle paar Tage kurz zu quatschen, mal zusammen zu essen, nen Kaffe zu trinken oder so. Ich mag es auch sehr, wenn Mitbewohnis Interesse daran haben, den Raum schön zu gestalten, indem zum Beispiel Pflanzen geholt werden oder am Geburtstag ne Girlande aufgehangen wird (falls Leute das mögen) oder mal Essen geteilt wird oder so. Ich finde, das schafft einen wertschätzenden Raum.
Dazu zählt für mich auch das Thema Putzen. Mir ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und ich würde mich sehr freuen mit Menschen zusammen zu wohnen, die auch selbst ein Bedürfnis nach Sauberkeit haben. Ich mag es feste Zuständigkeiten beim Putzen zu haben, deshalb finde ich Putzpläne super.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend WGs und junge Menschen, mit denen wir einen netten Gruppenchat haben und die unterstützen, wenn man was braucht wie Geräte ausleihen, und die Pakete annehmen können.
Zu guter letzt solltest du noch wissen, dass ich weiß, ableisiert, christlich sozialisiert und außerdem sehr links und aktivistisch unterwegs bin. Ich versuche eigenes diskriminierendes Verhalten zu reflektieren und dazuzulernen und würde mich freuen, wenn in der WG kritisch mit (von sich selbst ausgehender) Diskriminierung umgegangen wird. Ich studiere im Master und fange hoffentlich bald meine Masterarbeit an.
