Dein Zimmer ist ein nahezu quadratischer Raum, mit grünen Akzenten. Möbel müsstest du dir allerdings selbst organisieren. Da der Vormieter einen Teppichboden hatte und wir den rausgenommen haben, wäre ein kleiner Teppich vom Vorteil. Es ist ein heller Raum mit viel Licht und Fenster zum Innenhof.
In der Gegend wohnen hauptsächlich Senioren. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 4 min zu Bus und Bahn.
Meist lebt jeder in seinem Zimmer. Ab und zu führen wir kurze Gespräche, wenn wir uns begegnen. Wenn du Lust auf ein gemeinsames Kochen hast oder Ähnliches, sind deine beiden MitbewohnerInnen aber auch dafür sehr offen. Ansonsten ist es auch im Bezug auf die Nachbarn eine sehr ruhige Wohnung.
Warmmiete wäre insgesamt 370€ mit Internet, Strom etc.
