The 2-room apartment in Cologne-Höhenhaus is on the 1st floor. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, sink and plenty of storage space in the cupboards as well as dining area. There is wifi available, The apartment is fully furnished and has white-painted woodchip walls. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and window. In the basement there is a vacuum as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer which can be used. There is a beautiful garden which can be used/shared with the Landlords permission.
Room: the room is quite spacious and includes a single twin size bed, a work space/table with an office chair, cupboard and a fan.
Lage
The location of the house is quite good. You have a bus stop right in front of the house, and two other bus stops (torringer weg and Höhenhaus) in 1minute and 4 minutes walking distance. The hölweide s-bahn station is 10 minite walk and the Im Weidenbruch u-bahn station is a 12 minute walk from the house. Supermarkets (Penny and Rewe) are situated 2 minutes walking distance from the house. Packet/courier(dhl,hermes)shops, cafe, hair dressers and hospital is available nearby.
WG-Leben
The flat will be shared with a female (age:29) named Namrata who works in germany. She is quite jovial and enjoys outdoor activities, but is also a real interesting and funny person to have a conversation with. She keeps the house very clean and expects the same from the person sharing the flat. The landlords live on the ground floor as well as the second floor, quite adorable and really helpful people.
**Smoking is strictly prohibited and late night loud music parties are not preferable either. Need to be an active participant in sharing the household chores. The new tenant must be willing to stay long term i.e minimum 6 months is mandatory. And the monthly rent (475€) includes all the bills.**
