I’m Sebastian a Colombian graphic designer living in Germany, I created this add to SUBLET my room in a 3WG during the period of time that I’ll be in my home country (Nov 2024- April 2025).
The room (12m2) is equipped with literally everything:
-Fully furnished: Bed, closet, shelves, desk, desk chair, sofa-bed (I even have an extra mattress downstairs), monitor, Tv, the heating works like a charm during the winter*

Located about 9 mins by foot from the Trimbornstr Sbahn train station, and just 3 mins to the 153 Bus can take you in about 30 mins to any location within the other side of Köln.
The neighborhood here is a lively and diverse, and during the Karneval is traditional and active 🫡🐐
You have a Netto, lidl and multiple markets really close to the area, and the Arcaden Mall to just 10 min by foot.
You’ll be living with:
Charisma 36 F and Max 25 M, Charisma works as accountant for a company she comes from the Filipines in Köln and Max is doing his economics masters at the Uni Köln, we all come from different backgrounds and communicate in English almost all the time so keep in mind that.
We look for a responsible, clean, organized and friendly person who actively communicates with the others and tolerate the others traditions and culture.
We understand that living in a WG doesn’t has to be a constant doing together activities kind of place so we do also respect the personal space and appreciate when we can have a chat in the kitchen and sometimes go out for a walk to the park or cook something together is also fun.
