Unsere Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 110 m² groß und bietet genug Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Das ausgeschriebene Zimmer ist das größte in der WG mit einem riesigen Schrank, was man in dem Fotos sehen kann.
📍 Lage: Zentrale Wohnung in Köln, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Friesenplatz entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Stadtgarten sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
👋 Über uns – deine potenziellen Mitbewohner:
Wir sind Kiki und Emiliano, eine offene und gesellige WG:
• Kiki (24) kommt aus Argentinien, arbeitet als Kellnerin und spricht Spanisch, Englisch und etwas Deutsch.
• Emiliano (26) kommt aus Mexiko, arbeitet als IT-Admin und spricht Spanisch, Englisch, Deutsch und ein bisschen Italienisch.
Die andere beiden Mitbewohner verlassen uns ab Mai.
🎉 WG-Leben:
Wir verstehen uns super und unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen – sei es gemeinsames Kochen, gemütliche Abende im Wohnzimmer oder auch mal eine Party. Wenn du eher eine reine Zweck-WG suchst, bist du hier eher falsch. Natürlich gibt es auch Rückzugsorte, aber wir freuen uns über jemanden, der Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben hat.

The apartment is approx. 110 m² in total, offering plenty of space to feel comfortable. The available room is the largest in the WG.

We are Kiki and Emiliano – a friendly and sociable WG:
• Kiki (24) is from Argentina, works as a waitress, and speaks Spanish, English, and a bit of German.
• Emiliano (26) is from Mexico, works as an IT admin, and speaks Spanish, English, German, and a bit of Italian.
