Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist in der obersten (7.) Etage und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Diele, Badezimmer, Gäste-WC und kleinen Keller. Sie ist saniert.
Sie verfügt über eine Einbauküche inkl.
Geschirrspülmaschine.
Vor einem Jahr, beim Einzug, habe ich für Küche inkl. Spühlmachiene, Badezimmerschrank und Lampen 300€ Ablösesumme bezahlt und würde dafür gerne noch 100€ haben wollen.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zur SpoHo und die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad auch in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Unmittelbar vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle.
ÖPNV- Anbindung ist gut und die A1 bzw. A4 sind schnell erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich ziehe aus der WG aus und suche einen neuen aufgeschlossenen und sympathischen Mitwohnenden für meine beiden Mitbewohner (20 und 22 Jahre alt).
Wie feiern alle außerhalb, weshalb die wg sehr ruhig und angenehm ist.
Ihr könnt euch gerne bei mir melden, wenn ihr am Freitag, den 27.09.2024 Zeit habt die Wohnung besichtigen zu kommen. :)
