Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG mit ca. 16 Quadratmetern. Es hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und ist schön hell.
Ansonsten haben wir ein relativ neues Bad und eine große schöne Küche.

Die WG liegt in ruhiger Lage, richtig laut wird es nur wenn der FC Köln spielt, da der Parkplatz und das Jahnstadion in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Ansonsten hat man alle Ei kaufsmöglichkeiten in einem 5-10Minuten Radius um sich rum.

Nele ist professionelle Radfahrerin und hat grade erst ihren Bachelor fertig genacht. Momentan arbeitet sie nur oder ist Fahrrad fahren. Da ihr Zimmer direkt neben der Küche liegt und das relativ hellhörig ist, wäre es super wenn du nicht unbedingt sehr spät abends kochen musst:)

Jonas ist 24, studiert an der Spoho und spielt gerne Fußball oder Volleyball und geht ins gym.

Insgesamt ist unser WG Leben harmonisch auch wenn wir tagsüber oft unterwegs sind wegen Uni, Arbeit und sport. Trotzdem ist da immer etwas Zeit, um sich etwas Quatsch zu erzählen oder mal eine Runde Karten zu spielen.

Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, suche ich nun eine(n) Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Den Schrank würde ich auf jeden Fall hier lassen (150€) und das Bettgestell, also ohne Matratze am liebsten auch (250€). Also meld dich bitte nur wenn das für dich in Frage kommt. Falls du Interesse an anderen Möbeln hast, kannst du die auch gerne abkaufen:)
