The room I am subletting for February is the biggest in the house: it has a bed, a tv, a desk where to study, a wordrobe and a really big and comfy couch that can become an additional bed for two more people in few seconds. The only unconventional aspect of the room is that there isn't a door but only a thick and dark tent to close. I personally never had any issues with that but for additional privacy you could easily slide the light-weighted wardrobe in front of it.
The apartment is located 1 minute by walk from (see contact info) bus stations and 7 minutes from the the line 1 tram station "Fuldaer Strasse". Nearest supermarkets are penny and Edeka about 12 minutes by walk.
My housemates are French and Italian and are doing an internship at ESA european space agency. They are really friendly and quiet.
You will have one bathroom to share with your housemates, there is a really nice kitche with dishwasher, washing machine and a quite big terrace with outdoor couches
