Hi, ich biete hier mein Zimmer zur nachmiete ab den 01. Januar 2025 an.
Das Zimmer wird mit Bed und Schrank vermitet.
Zur U-Bahn station Kalk Kapelle sind es c.a 5-6 Gehminuten und von dort sind es ca. 15 ins Kölner Zentrum
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind klasse. Der junge Mann ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich aber arbeitet häufiger bis spät Abends - damit kommt man aber gut zurecht
Die junge Mitbewohnerin ist bei der Polizei und auch eine sehr freundliche Person
Von dem Vermieter wird eine Putzhilfe gestellt die alle 2 Wochen den Flur, die Küche, Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer reinigt. Jedoch wird auch von den Mitbewohnern eine Grundordnung vorausgesetzt
