Das Zimmer ist das geräumigste Zimmer der WG mit insgesamt 32qm. Eine Einrichtung mit Sofa, Bett und Schreibtisch ist ohne weiteres möglich.
Durch die zwei doppelflügigen Fenster ist dieses tagsüber ausreichend hell.
Bei den angrenzenden Zimmern handelt es sich um die Schlafzimmer deiner Mitbewohner.
Bis jetzt wird mein Zimmer aufgrund des Sofas und der Größe regelmäßig als "Wohnzimmer" für gemeinsame Filmabende genutzt. Für ein gemeinsames WG-Leben darfst du das gerne ebenso handhaben, es ist aber kein Muss.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einzelne Möbel (Sofa, TV-Tisch etc.) zu einem günstigen Preis zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Kalker Haupstraße in direkter nähe zu zwei U-Bahn haltestellen (jeweils ca 3-4 minuten zu Fuß) und einer S-Bahn Haltestelle (ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß) über die man innerhalb von 15-20 minuten alles wichtige in Köln erreichen kann (20min zur Universität, 10min zum Hbf und Innenstadt).
Supermärkte, Drogerien, Bäcker und ein Einkaufszentrum sind alle in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar außerdem gibt es eine große Anzahl guter Imbisse und Arabischer/Asiatischer Lebensmittelläden. In 10 Minuten mit dem Raderreicht man eine größere Grünfläche zum Joggen sowie das Rheinufer.

The flat is located on Kalker Haupstraße in the direct vicinity of two underground stops (each about 3-4 minutes walk) and an S-Bahn stop (about 8 minutes walk), via which you can reach everything important in Cologne within 15-20 minutes (20 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the main railway station and the city centre).
Supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries and a shopping centre can all be reached in max. 5 minutes by foot. There are also a large number of good snack bars and Arab/Asian food shops. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach a large green area for jogging and the banks of the Rhine.
Die WG besteht aus 2 weiteren Personen (männlich) die beide 27 Jahre alt sind. Einer arbeitet in Vollzeit größtenteils im Home-Office.
Der andere Mitbewohner hat aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes bis 05/24 sein Zimmer untervermietet.
Beide sprechen gutes Englisch. Da wir alle aus Köln kommen kennen wir uns auch gut in der Stadt aus.
Innerhalb der WG herrscht ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis, da wir uns bereits seit der Kindheit kennen und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander zum Kochen, Spielen oder einen Abend in der Kneipe.

The flat share consists of 2 other people (male) who are both 27 years old. One of them works full-time. One flatmate will be abroad until 05/24 and searched already for a new short time-tenant.
Both speak good English. As we are all from Cologne, we know our way around the city well.
We know wach other since childhood-days and have a very friendly and trustful behaviour. It is common to spend time together with cooking, play games or go out.
