A room is becoming available in a cosy 71 m² attic flat in Cologne-Kalk because I (Paul) am moving in with my girlfriend. The flat is centrally located in Cologne-Kalk, with good public transport connections and close to Spätis, pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and much more.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The room is approx. 18 m² in size and faces the back garden. The garden can be shared by all parties in the house. There is also a small living room that is not yet furnished. There is the possibility to participate in the design.
Your two flatmates are Rania and Mariia. Rania is 25 years old and is studying renewable energies. She is originally from Morocco and has been living in Germany for almost 6 years.
Mariia is 21 years old and comes from the Ukraine.
We are looking for a tidy person who can stick to the cleaning schedule.

In einer gemütlichen 71 m² großen Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in Köln-Kalk wird ein Zimmer frei, weil ich (Paul) mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Köln-Kalk, mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sowie in der Nähe von Spätis, Kneipen, Supermärkten, Restaurants u.v.m..
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß und geht nach hinten Richtung Garten raus. Der Garten kann von allen Parteien im Haus mitbenutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Wohnzimmer, dass im Moment noch nicht eingerichtet ist. Dort gibt es die Möglichkeit sich bei der Gestaltung zu Beteiligen.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Rania und Mariia. Rania ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert erneuerbare Energien. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Marokko und lebt seit knapp 6 Jahren in Deutschland.
Mariia ist 21 Jahre alt und kommt aus der Ukraine.
Gesucht wird eine ordentliche Person, die sich an den Putzplan halten kann.
