Wir suchen für unsere Mietwohnung 2 neue Mitbewohner*innen.
Da wir nur noch für 1-2 Nächte in Köln sein müssen, reduzieren wir uns auf ein Zimmer und wollen die weiteren zwei Zimmer vermieten.
Die Zimmer sind beide ca. 14 m² groß und haben schön hohe Decken. In der großen voll ausgestatteten Küche befinden sich ein Geschirrspüler und ein Waschtrockner. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
die Wohnung ist super angebunden.
Die S Bahn Haltestelle Trimbornstraße ist nur ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Kalk Post ca 10 Gehminuten und auch eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Es ist ein Netto und ein Lidl zu Fuß erreichbar und auch eine Apotheke direkt um die Ecke.
Wir hoffen 2 Mitbewohner*innen zu finden die sich gut verstehen, da wir zu einem Großteil der Woche nicht anwesend sein werden.
wir sind ein Paar im die 30 Jahre alt. Sie studiert soziale Arbeit und ich bin bereits berufstätig.
